Self Portrait Therapy is a living artistic practice and self healing modality that I’ve created over the course of 13 years to alchemize full spectrum self actualization.

It is an illuminating, cathartic, and skill sharpening practice that allows me to play with identity and creation without restriction.

Year over year, I explore unique methods — alters, multiplicity, other bodies, landscapes as landmarks, emotional deconstruction, embodiment of ideals, movement, the uncurated self, and inviting the audience into the work. Through this practice, I’ve developed a self documented archive of photos and videos that spans more than a decade.

Self Portrait Therapy is a way creator, a road opener, a permission granter.

This practice keeps me in a perpetual beginning state.

Everything is in practice mode, all the time. Through it, I’m creating a seamless thread where the experience of both life and time become art. 

Tools for this practice include experimentation, play, visual prompts, guided readings, movement, mood boarding, and reflective journal prompts exploring various expressions and dynamics of self.
