A 1:1 virtual session for anyone navigating a season of uncertainty, transition, or heaviness they can't quite name. Whether you know something needs to shift but aren’t sure where to begin or if you’re in the hallway of change, I’ll meet you where you are. Through intuitive guidance, deep inquiry, and healing modalities, we'll look at what's present, explore it from a higher view, and create a clear, personalized set of practices you can carry forward.
The Discovery Session is a pre-requisite to all other offerings.

Before we meet, you'll submit a brief intake form so I can arrive prepared and present. Our 60-minute session unfolds through conversation where I'll ask questions, listen carefully, and offer perspective from a place of intuitive guidance. Within 48 hours you'll receive a recording of our session and a written summary of everything we covered, so the insights stay with you long after we speak.
